A ‘Ring of Fire’ solar eclipse is a rare phenomenon that occurs when the moon’s orbit is at its apogee: the part of its orbit farthest away from the Earth. Because the moon is so far away, it seems smaller than normal to the human eye. The result is that the moon doesn’t entirely block out our view of the sun, but leaves an “annulus,” or ring of sunlight glowing around it. Hence the term  “annular” eclipse rather than a “total” eclipse.

I read your personal post & my ex had the same "problem" as you do (wasn't sure how to say it, I don't want to make it sound offensive so sorry if that was a pour choice of words). But he basically let it take over his life so it's pretty good that you only let it out when you're alone. I don't have any experience feeling like this but maybe talking about how you're feeling to someone who you're close to might help? I hope you find a way to make it go away, you seem like a really great person :)

Thank you anon. And yeah, I do talk about it to some people, but I don’t want them to have to feel bad for me or have sympathy for me. I just want them to see the better parts of me ya know? (i’m sorry, I don’t really know how to form what I had in my head in to word properly haha but yeah it’s something along those lines.)
